Following are the ingredients to make kajada:

1 cup all purpose flour
½ cup sugar
2 tbl spoon suji/rava
1 tbl spoon rice flour
2 tbl spoon warm milk
1 tbl spoon ghee
4 cardamom
Pinch of baking soda
Oil for frying

Procedure:

Step 1: Powder sugar along with cardamom
Step 2: Add an egg to it and beat it again
Step 3: Transfer the powdered sugar, powdered cardamom and egg to a mixing bowl.
Step 4: Add rava to it and rice flour. Add milk at frequent intervals and mix the flour.
Step 5: Add a pinch of baking soda to it and ghee. Batter must not be too thick nor watery. Set

aside for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Heat a pan with oil.
Step 7: Shapen the batter into lemon sized balls and cook them on medium flame. Flip it over once

cooked on one side.

Tasty and crispy kajada is ready to be served.
