METHOD FOR MAKING CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS
1. Chicken - 1 kg
2. Onions - 2 cups
3. Garlic cloves - 7-8
4. Garam masala - 4 cardamoms, 3-4 small cinnamon stick pieces,
6 cloves, 1/2 teaspoon shahjeera
5. Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
6. Coconut powder - 2 tablespoons
7. Oil - 3 tablespoons
8. Green chillies - 2
9. Ginger-garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
10. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
11. Chilli powder - 3 teaspoons
12. Salt - 3 teaspoons
13. Coriander seeds powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
14. Curd - 1/2 cup
15. Coriander leaves
16. Curry leaves

Let's prepare masala first. Chop 2 cups onions,i.e, 5-6 onions. To the mixie jar, add half the onions to prepare masala. Add 7-8 garlic cloves, garam masala - 4 cardamoms, 3-4 small cinnamon stick pieces, 6 cloves, 1/2 teaspoon shahjeera, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 tablespoons coconut powder and grind it into a paste. To a pan add 3 tablespoons oil and heat it. Add the rest of the 1 cup onions and fry them. Slice 2 green chillies and add them. As the onions become transparent and add 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and mix. Add cleaned 1 kg chicken and mix it. Close the lid and let the chicken cook in oil. Cook for 10 minutes till all the water from the chicken boils away. Add 3 teaspoons chilli powder, 3 teaspoons salt, 1 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds powder and mix. Add the prepared masala and mix. Add 1 1/2 cup water to the mixie jar and add this to the chicken. Chicken takes less time to cook, don't mix it too often. Close the lid and cook it for 10 minutes. After the gravy thickens, add 1/2 cup curd and mix. Put it on stove for 5 minutes and add coriander leaves, curry leaves.
