METHOD FOR MAKING MUTTON FRY RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS
1. Mutton - 1/2 kg
2. oil - 2 tablespoons
3. diced onions - 2 cups
4. salt - 2 teaspoons
5. coriander seeds - 2 tablespoons
6. coconut powder - 2 tablespoons
7. garlic cloves - 5-6
8. garam masala - 3-4 small cinnamon stick pieces, 4-5 cloves, 3
cardomoms, 1/2 teaspoon shahjeera
9. cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
10. ginger-garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
11. turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
12. green chillies - 2
13. chilli powder - 2 teaspoons
14. curry leaves
15. coriander leaves

Put cleaned 1/2 kg mutton in a cooker. Don't add water. Cook on medium flame for 3 3 whistles. Open the lid after the cooker cools down. Sometimes water from the mutton is left. Boil the mutton till the water is gone without whistle. Heat a pan and 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 2 cups diced onions and fry. Add 2 teaspoons salt and mix. Close the lid and fry til it becomes brown. Prepare masala in the meantime. To a mixie jar add 2 tablespoons coriander seeds, fried coriander seeds taste better. Coriander seeds powder could also be used. Add 2 tablespoons coconut powder, 5-6 garlic cloves. Add garam masala - 3-4 small cinnamon stick pieces, 4-5 cloves, 3 cardomoms, 1/2 teaspoon shahjeera, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds. Grind the ingredients into a paste. To the fried onions, add 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and mix. Fry it for a minute and add the boiled mutton and mix. Cook the mutton in oil for 10 minutes. Add 2 sliced green chillies. Add 2 teaspoons chilli powder and mix. For more spicyness, one more teaspoon of chilli powder could be added. Mix and add the prepared masala paste. Mix and close the lid. Cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes. Add curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix.
