Find out how to make Tequila Fired Chipotle King Prawns in this edition of Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana.TEQUILA FIRED CHIPOTLE KING PRAWNSIngredients:8-10 king prawns, deveined and slit lengthwiseSalt to taste2 teaspoon lemon juice1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce2 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped2 tablespoons finely chopped onion2 tablespoons finely chopped mixed bell peppers½ tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander2-3 tablespoons tequilaLettuce leaves for garnishingLemon wedges for garnishingMethod:1. In a bowl marinate the prawns with salt, one teaspoon lemon juice, chipotle sauce and refrigerate for ten minutes.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and onions and sauté till they turn translucent.3. Add bell peppers and sauté for a minute.4. Add marinated prawns mixture and sauté for two-three minutes over medium heat.5. Add lemon juice and coriander. Mix well.6. Pour tequila in a ladle and heat it over gas flame for about thirty seconds and add it to the prawns. Mix well and remove from heat.7.
