How to make Thai Soup
Ingredients:

2 TBSP Cooking Oil
1000 gm Chicken Bones
4 Cloves of Garlic
10 gm Ginger
1 Onion
10 Kaffir Lime (Lemon Leaves)
10 gm Lemon Grass
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
1 Carrot
10 gm Peas
10 gm Mushroom
2 Lemons (for lemon Juice)
2 Green Chilies
1 & ½ Thai Fish Sauce
1 TBSP Red Thai Curry Paste
250 gm Chicken
½ Cup Coconut Milk
3 Cup Chicken Stock
4 Cup Water
Cooking Method:
1. First of all take a pan, add 4 cup water, Chicken Bones, in this pan
2. After this, add Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Lime Kaffir, Lemon Grass, Carrot, Salt, Black Pepper, and cook these for 30 Minutes
2nd Stage:

1. Take a pan, add cooking oil in this pan,
2. Then add Chicken and cook it for 5 Minutes
3. Next, add Carrot, Onion, Mushroom, Lemon Grass and cook these for 2 Minutes
4. After this, add Thai Red Curry Paste and Chicken Stock
5. Now put some Salt, after this add Black Pepper Powder, Thai Fish Sauce, Coconut Milk and cook it for 8 Minutes
6. Take it off from the Stock after adding Lemon Juice and Green Chilies
7. Your Tasty Thai Soup is ready to Serve
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes Serve: 4 People
