THANDAI MILKSHAKE

Ingredients

1½ cups kesar-pista ice cream
5-6 ice cubes
2 cups milk
1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
2 tbsps Shree Guruji Kesari Thandai
Malai peda as required
5-6 pistachios, blanched, peeled and slivered
Dried rose petals for garnish

Method

1. Put kesar-pista ice cream in a blender jar, add ice cubes, milk, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios and Shree Guruji Kesari Thandai and blend to a fine mixture.
2. Pour the milkshake into individual glasses, garnish with malai peda, pistachios slivers and dried rose petals.
3. Serve immediately.
