Since the Thandai syrup is based mainly on spices, this smoothie is generally liked more by adults than kids.Preparation Time: 5 minutes.Cooking Time: NilMakes 2 big glasses.½ cup thandai syrup½ cup chilled fresh curds (dahi) mixed with ½ chilled full-fat milk4 tbsp vanilla ice-cream½ cup ice-cubesFor the garnish2 almonds (badam)1. Combine the curds-milk mixture, Thandai syrup, vanilla ice-cream and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.Serve immediately garnished with an almond on the rim of each glass.
