The BEST Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake!!! Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Dessert Recipe

Hi Friends! This is one of my favorite desserts to make, eat and also share with friends and family! It's sweet, creamy, rich in chocolate and bonus... it's gluten-free and dairy-free! It's also packed with fiber, which helps to balance slow digestion and balance blood sugar levels helps to avoid a major sugar crash. I love that the raspberries also add a dose of antioxidants and vitamin C! The crust and the top layer are rich in cacao which is not only delicious, cacao contains a variety of benefits too!
