I ate at a few Halal makan places in Hong Kong but if I had time to visit only one again, Wai Kee would be it. Honestly - the BEST meal I had in Hong Kong!They specialize in Halal HK Roast Duck that is simply divine. Be sure to also savour other dishes like their famous Mutton Curry and Soy Sauce Chicken too.
