Cook until soft and golden. About 10 minutes.Add the garlic and the ground meat.Season with salt and pepper and add the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and the thyme.Cook the sauce for about 10 minutes or until the meat is cooked through. Add the oregano along with the frozen vegetebles. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables have thawed and taste. Adjust seasoning if needed. Set aside.Make the Mashed Potato Topping:Place the potatoes ina. pot and cover them with cold water. Season with a teaspoon of salt and boil until fork tender. About 12-15 minutes.Drain the water and add the butter.
