The Perfect Kunafa Recipe With All Details - Turkish KUNEFE

I am making kunafah or "knefe" dessert as in Turkish at home. We will cook it on stove-top. I will give you alternative gadgets and ingredients to use as well as ipmortant hints to make the best kunafah at home.
Ingredients for kunafah:
For the syrup:
1+1/4 cup sugar
1+1/4 cup water
3-4 drops of lemon
For the kunafa base for 18cm pan
160gr. kataif dough
70-80gr. butter
60gr. oozing preferably unsalted cheese like mozarella
3-4 drops of molasses
To serve:
ground pistachio
kaymak (clotted cream) or hard vanilla ice cream, optional
