3 tablespoons ice water
Lemon Filling
1 cup sugar
cup corn starch
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
teaspoon salt
cup lemon juice
4 egg yolks
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
teaspoon vanilla
3 drops yellow food color
