The secret to the perfect creamy oat flat white at home, no espresso machine needed

Weve unlocked the secret to the perfect creamy flat white at home (spoiler alert: you dont need an espresso machine ). Start by making a good strong espresso. Were using a Moka stove pot and making sure our coffee is finely ground to get it nice and strong. Next, heat your milk to 60 degrees Celsius or 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Weve opted for our organic oat milk for a lovely creamy texture. Transfer to a French Press and give it a good plunge to aerate it. Pour back and forth a few times to get rid of any bubbles. We want a nice creamy microfoam, not too frothy. Pour over your espresso and enjoy!
