Make a Juicy Tex-Mex Burger with a Kick of Spices. Try my healthy version of burger and trust me you will definitely love it!

Healthy & Hearty Burger with mexican flavours, I have made a healthy version of mexican tikki with adding oats & beet and a healthy dip using beet and hung curd & sliced avocados, and using healthy oats burgers.
You can use mayo instead of beet hung curd dip and cheese slice instead of mayo and regular burger buns of your choice.

Tex-Mex Burger
Ingredients :

Mexican tikkis :
Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Green chillies - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Onions - 1 chopped
Bell peppers - 1/4 th cup
Crushed corn - 1/4th cup
Beetroot grated - 1/4th cup
Boiled Kidney beans - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 2 tsp
Jalepenos - 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes - 2 tsp
Quick Oats - 1/2 cup

Beet Hung curd dip :
Hung curd - 1/2 cup
Boiled Beetroot grated - 3 tbsp
salt to taste
Black pepper - 1/2 tspOregano - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp

Oats burger buns- toast them with butter
Lettuce leaves
Sliced avocado
Salt & herbs
Microgreens
