Tikka Lasagna Pie
K&N’s Tikka Toppingz ‘n Fillingz (650g)
Ingredients for Cheese Mixture:
Cream cheese 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese (grated) 1/4 cup
Parmesan cheese powder 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Basil leaves (chopped) 4-5
Ingredients for Red Sauce:
K&N’s Tikka Toppingz ‘n Fillingz (400 g)
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Water as required
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Tomato puree 1/4 cup
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Oregano (dried) 1/2 tsp
Basil (dried) 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for Assembling:
Lasagna sheets (boiled) as required
Mozzarella (grated) as required
Olive oil (for brushing) 1 tbsp
Parmesan cheese powder (for sprinkle) 1 tsp
Directions for Cheese Mixture:
In a bowl add cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, white pepper, black pepper and basil.
Mix all these ingredients until well combined. Your cheese mixture is ready, set aside.
Directions for Red Sauce:
Prepare K&N's Tikka Toppingz 'n Fillingz as per instructions on the pack and set aside.
In a pan heat oil, add garlic and saute for a minute. And onion and cook until translucent.
Then add tomato puree, tomato paste, salt, black pepper powder and red chili flakes. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame.
Add water and cook until your desired consistency has reached. Add dried oregano and basil. Mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Add prepared K&N's Tikka Toppingz 'n Fillingz in red sauce and give it a good mix. Your red sauce is ready. Set aside.
Assembling:
Take boiled lasagna sheet and cut some of them from center to make rectangular like shape.
Now take a tube pan, grease it with oil and sprinkle parmesan cheese powder and place long boiled lasagna sheet in it by overlapping a bit.
Spread half of the red sauce on lasagna sheets, then put mozzarella cheese on top and cover it with small rectangular cut lasagna sheets.
Now spread cheese mixture on top completely and again cover it with small cut lasagna sheets.
Finally add remaining red sauce, some more mozzarella cheese and cover it with lasagna sheets.
Cover it with foil and its ready to bake.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Take out and let it rest for about 10 minutes before unmolding.
Unmold it using a spatula, cut it into slices and delicious tikka flavored lasagna pie is ready to serve.

Cooking time: 35 minutes
