Don't let winter go by without trying this Til Gur Ladoo recipe. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #digitalammi #arraywah Written Recipe: https://ln.run/KCyP9Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Til (Sesame seeds) 250g-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs-Gur (Jaggery) 250g Directions:-In a wok,add sesame seeds,dry roast until fragrant & set aside.-In the same wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.-Add jaggery,mix well & cook until it turns thick & foamy (6-8 minutes). -To check if syrup is ready, pour few drops in water if they dissolve, its ready to use.-Add roasted sesame seeds & mix well.-Let it cool for 5 minutes.-With the help of greased hands & spoon,take small quantity of mixture (16g) & make balls of equal sizes (makes 30). -Let them cool completely & store ladoos in airtight jar or container.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Til (Sesame seeds) 250g-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs-Gur (Jaggery) 250g Directions:-Karahi mein til dal dein aur khushbu anay tak dry roast ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Us he karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.-Gur dal ker ache tarhan mix karein,thick & foamy ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).-To check if syrup is ready, pour few drops in water if they dissolve, its ready to use.-Roasted til dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-5 minute kliya thanda ker lein.-Greased hands aur spoon ki madad sa mixture ki small quantity (16g) lein aur ek jaisay sizes ki balls tayyar ker lein (makes 30). -Completely thanda ker lein & ladoo ko airtight jar or container mein store ker sakray han.
