A perfect snack with the flavour of coffee and chocolate.TIRAMISU TRUFFLE - (Serves - 4)Ingredients1 cup chopped white chocolate½ cup cream cheese3-4 tablespoons coffee decoction1 cup chopped dark chocolateCocoa powder for dustingMethod1. Take white chocolate in a microwave proof bowl and melt in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave, add cream cheese and mix well.2. Add coffee decoction and mix. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.3. Take dark chocolate in a microwave proof bowl and heat in microwave for 30-40 seconds. Remove from microwave, mix and bring down to room temperature.4. Divide the white chocolate-cream cheese mixture and shape them into balls.5. Line a tray with a parchment paper. 6. Dip the balls in melted dark chocolate and place them on the lined tray.
