Tiramisu Truffle | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A perfect snack with the flavour of coffee and chocolate.

TIRAMISU TRUFFLE - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

1 cup chopped white chocolate
½ cup cream cheese
3-4 tablespoons coffee decoction
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
Cocoa powder for dusting

Method

1. Take white chocolate in a microwave proof bowl and melt in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave, add cream cheese and mix well.
2. Add coffee decoction and mix. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
3. Take dark chocolate in a microwave proof bowl and heat in microwave for 30-40 seconds. Remove from microwave, mix and bring down to room temperature.
4. Divide the white chocolate-cream cheese mixture and shape them into balls.
5. Line a tray with a parchment paper.
6. Dip the balls in melted dark chocolate and place them on the lined tray. Dust some cocoa powder on top and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
7. Serve.
