Ingredients
3 cups of Water
1/4 cup Galangal, sliced
1/4 cup Lemon Grass, smashed & cut
1/4 cup Shallots, smashed & cut
7 Kaffir Lime leaves, torn
100 g Mushrooms
1/2 cup Small tomato, cut
1/4 tsp Salt
200 g Shrimp, 200 g Squid, 200 g Mussels
1 tbsp Chili paste with soya bean oil
3 tbsp Fish sauce, 1 tsp Sugar
3 tbsp Fresh Lime juice
1/2 cup Evaporated milk
1/4 cup Coriander leaves, cut
1/4 cup Red chilli, smashed (or as you like)
