Mix together oil, ginger-garlic paste and onion in a microwave proof bowl and cook in microwave on high (100%) for 5 minutes. 2. Add tomato puree, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, green chillies, mawa and 1cup water, mix and cook in microwave on high (100%) for 8 minutes. 3. Add corn kernels, capsicum cubes and garam masala powder, mix and cook in microwave on high (100%) for 4 minutes.4. Add 3-4 tablespoons cream and mix well. 5. Drizzle some cream on top and serve hot.
