Tomato Omelette/ टमाटर आमलेट By Archana | India Food Network

For all you complete vegetarians out there, Archana teaches you how to make an omelette without using eggs. Ingredients:

1 big bowl gram flour (besan)
2-3 tomatoes finely chopped
2 medium sized onions finely chopped
Tomato sauce according to taste
Salt to taste
½ tsp haldi (turmeric) powder
2- 3 green chillies finely chopped
Coriander
Water
Oil

सामग्री:
1 बड़ा कटोरा ग्राम आटा ( बेसन )
2-3 टमाटर बारीक कटा
2 मध्यम आकार के प्याज बारीक कटा
स्वाद के अनुसार टमाटर की चटनी
नमक स्वाद अनुसार
आधा चम्मच हल्दी ( हल्दी ) पाउडर
2- 3 हरी मिर्च बारीक कटी
धनिया
पानी
तेल
