Todays recipe is from u.p. It is very easy, tasty, quick & healthy dish to make for lunch or dinner in summers.

WRITTEN RECIPE :-

Ingredient :-

Toor dal - 1/2 cup (soaked)
onion - 1
green chilly -2
cumin seeds- 1teaspoon
wheat flour - 1 1/3 cups
salt to taste
water to knead the dough.

Recipe:-

IN a bowl add toor dal & soak it for 30-45 mins, then after 45 mins wash the dal and grind it coarse. (without water)
IN a large mixing bowl add grounded dal, finely chopped (onion, green chilly), crushed garlic, cumin seeds, salt to taste & wheat flour, mix everything well & form a dough (add 2-3 tablespoons water if required).
Now take a ball sized dough and dust some flour on a flat surface & start making the roti by pressing it with your palm & fingers.
Now roast the roti by apply mustard oil on both the sides.
Roast at low medium flame till golden brown spots.
Now turn off the flame and take out the roti and serve with achar.
