Ingredients:
• ½ cup watermelon cut into cubes
• Few mints leave
• 2 lemon slices
• ½ tsp black salt
• ¼ cup soda water
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Crushed ice
For Garnishing:
• 1 lemon slice
• Mint leaves

Sattu:
Ingredients:
• 3-4 tbsp sattu
• 400ml cold water
• ½ tsp black salt
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 2-3 green chilli
• Few mints leave
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Ice cubes
For garnishing:
• Mint leaves
• Sprinkle cumin powder

Mint Masala Lassi:
Ingredients:
• 200 gm curd
• Few mint leave
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp black salt
• ½ tsp salt
• Water as required
• Crushed ice
For Garnishing:
• Cumin powder
• Mint leave

Masala Shikanji:
Ingredients:
To make shikanji masala:
• 3 tbsp cumin
• 1 tbsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp coriander seeds

To Make Masala Shikanji Drink:
• 1 ½ tbsp sugar
• ½ cup soda water
• 2 tsp masala shikanji
• 2-3 lemon slices
• 1 lemon juice
• Few mints leaves
• Crushed ice

For Garnishing:
• Mint leave
• 1 Lemon slice
