Top 5 Plantbased Protein Sources VEGAN

Here's a video on our 5 favourite plant powered protein sources, we know there are probably better sources but we've always tried to be walking examples of our lifestyle so we thought we'd share our favourites. Protein is very easy to come by when eating a vegan diet and people can get quite testy about the whole thing. In reality more people have fibre deficiencies, which is a much more serious problem.
