Tortilla Samosa Recipe
Ingredients for Samosa Mixture:
Potatoes (boiled) 1 kg
Peas (boiled) 1 cup
Carrot (chopped) 1 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Green coriander (chopped) 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup

Ingredients for Flour Mixture:
All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
Water as required

Ingredients for Assembling:
Tortilla wraps as required
Samosa mixture as required
Flour mixture as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Samosa Mixture Preparation:
1. In a pot, add water and potatoes, boil them until fully done. Now take off the flame and let them cool down at room temperature. Peal and mash them properly.
2. Heat oil in a pan, and add chopped onion, cook for 1 minute. Now add carrot, peas, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper powder and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Now add mashed potatoes and mix well. Add green chilies and coriander and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Your samosa mixture is ready.
Directions for Flour Mixture Preparation:
4. In a bowl, add flour and water and whisk well. Your flour mixture is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
5. Now take the tortilla wrap and divide it into 4 equal parts. Cover the edges with flour mixture and put the samosa filling in middle. Cover the tortilla wrap giving it a cone shape.
6. Deep fry until golden brown and your Tortilla Samosa is ready.
Preparation time: 10-15 mins
Cooking time: 25-30
Serving: 3-4
