Ingredients required
A) To Make Gluten Free - Low GI Tortilla Wrap
1 & 1/2 cup of Sugar Watchers Gluten Free Low GI Atta
Salt to taste
Water as required

B) Grilled Zucchini
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 & tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Oregano
3-4 Zucchini Strips

C) Final Tortilla Wrap
1 Tortilla

Kale leaves / Iceberg
Salt to taste
Grilled Zucchini strips
Cherry Tomatoes
Oil for roasting
