Traditional Mango Pickle - How To Make Easy Kerala Mango Pickle - Pacha Manga Achar Recipe

mango pickle, aam ka achar/ - learn to make easy mango pickle/achar at home the traditional way.
ingredients
3 raw green mangoes
4 tsp pink himalayan salt
3 tsp mustard seeds
3/4 tsp methi seeds
1/4 cup gingelly oil/sesame oil
3/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/3 tsp methi seeds
4 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp hing
2 tbsp coconut vinegar or apple cider vinegar
curry leaves

Store the achar in an airtight glass container
Use only clean and dry spoons
If you follow my recipe, there is no need to keep the achar in the fridge
Do not heat vinegar. The coconut vinegar has many health benefits so do not heat the vinegar. I made coconut vinegar last September (2017) and I still has some left. The vinegar is plain and almost like water. In Kerala, you can get coconut vinegar from grocery shops but I prefer to use homemade vinegar. I will try to share the method soon.
