mango pickle, aam ka achar/ - learn to make easy mango pickle/achar at home the traditional way.ingredients3 raw green mangoes4 tsp pink himalayan salt3 tsp mustard seeds3/4 tsp methi seeds1/4 cup gingelly oil/sesame oil3/4 tsp mustard seeds1/3 tsp methi seeds4 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder3/4 tsp turmeric powder1/2 tsp hing2 tbsp coconut vinegar or apple cider vinegarcurry leaves------Store the achar in an airtight glass containerUse only clean and dry spoonsIf you follow my recipe, there is no need to keep the achar in the fridgeDo not heat vinegar. The coconut vinegar has many health benefits so do not heat the vinegar. I made coconut vinegar last September (2017) and I still has some left. The vinegar is plain and almost like water. In Kerala, you can get coconut vinegar from grocery shops but I prefer to use homemade vinegar.
