Kalburabasti is a well-known traditional Turkish dessert. It is widely made at homes on special days, celebrations served after a feast dinner or in tea parties... Kalbur means coarse sieve, we use it to shape the dessert. But nowadays it is shaped usually with a grater or even better with a silicone pot holder.
