TRADTONAL TURKISH STUFFED VEGETABLES-DOLMA

Ingredients: 10 small size of green pepper,3 small size zucchinis,5 small eggplants, fleshy bones, 300 g lamb meat-%30 fat (fine chopped),2 medium onions (fine chopped),1 and 1/2 glasses of rice (washed and drained) ,1 small bunch of parsley(fine chopped),5 tbsp of sumac seeds,1 tbsp red pepper paste, 2 tbsp tomato paste,1 green pepper (fine chopped),2 tbsp fresh mint (fine chopped),1 glass of grated tomatoes, 3/4 filled glass of olive oil, 1 tsp black pepper, 4 clove of garlic (fine chopped), 1tsp of cumin,1 tsp of red pepper flakes,1 tbsp of local spice mix called be trl (optional)
*You need a large saucepan or 2 small saucepan
* The measure of 1 glass is 250 ml
