Download the Rajshri Food App by clicking on this link:- http://bit.ly/RajshriFood_And Basic Batter 1.5 cups idli rice 1/2 cup split and polished black dal 4 grains of fenugreek seeds 1/2 cup water to grind Salt as required 1 tbsp ghee Saffron 1/4 cup Carrot puree 1/4 tsp Red chilly powder White 1/4 cup Coconut grated 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder Green 1/4 cup Blanched spinach puree 1 tsp ginger paste Method of preparation: For Green In a bowl of uttapam batter, add spinach puree, ginger paste, mix well. Heat ghee in a pan, add the batter, close the lid and allow it to cook on a medium flame. Sprinkle some drops of ghee and give it a flip and allow it to cook on another side for 30 seconds. Once its done serve it on a plate. For White In a bowl of uttapam batter, add coconut, black pepper powder, mix well. Add water to adjust the consistency. Heat ghee in a pan, add the batter, close the lid and allow it to cook on a medium flame. Sprinkle some drops of ghee and give it a flip and allow it to cook on another side for 30 seconds. Once its done serve it on a plate. For Carrot & Chilli Uttapam(Saffron) In a bowl of uttapam batter, add carrot puree, chilli powder, mix well. Heat ghee in a pan, add the batter, close the lid and allow it to cook on a medium flame. Sprinkle some drops of ghee and give it a flip and allow it to cook on another side for 30 seconds.
