Today I tried making my own seafood paella.
I was gifted some saffron, so I tried to make use of it for the paella.
I didnt know anything about saffron, but I decided to try making it.

Actually, this was my 2nd attempt at paella. The first one was nothing more than yellow rice.
But, this time I studied it and concentrated better. And the paella turned out alright.

If you are Spanish and watching this video, please share your tips or know-hows.
