Turai/ Beerakai cooked in milk, mildly spiced with a wonderful creamy texture and it makes a refreshing recipe with exotic flavors and taste.
Turai Beeraki with milk

Ingredients
1 tbsp channa dal
1 springs coriander leaves
1 tbsp coriander pdr
1 tsp cumin seeds
6 leaf curry leaves
2 number green chilli
250 ml milk
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp oil
1 large onion
2 piece red chilli
2 number ridge gaurd
1 to taste salt
1 pinch turmeric
1 tbsp urad dal


Directions
• Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds ,when they crackle add red chilli and cumin seeds Add channa dal and urad dal and slighly brown them add chopped onions Add turmeric and chopped chillies,and curry leaves Add coriander pdr and milk and add dices ridge gaurd and simmer for 10 mts top with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice
