TURKISH NO BAKE MOSAIQUE CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

2 sticks (250gr) of butter (cut in cubes)
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar (it tastes bitter. may add more sugar if desired)
1/2 cup whole milk
1 egg (beaten)
A pinch of salt
Zest of a half lemon
Two packages (400 gr) of Petit-Beurre biscuits (French butter cookies)
2 plastic bags
