Turkish Boha Kebab (Meat & Veggies Wrapped In Crepes) Great For Ramadan

"Boha Kebab" or "Manisa kebab", an exquisite main dish from Turkish cuisine. It has chicken or meat filling mixed with peas and carrots, wrapped inside a crepe we call "Cizlama" or "Aktma" in Turkish.
Then it is topped with bechamel sauce, kasar cheese, and tomatoes. It becomes irresistible elegant, and delicious after it comes out from the oven.

Ingredients For Boha Kebab:
For the "Aktma" Crepes:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup mix of water and milk or milk
vegetable oil to cook
For the filling:
1 medium to big size onion
4-5 tbsp olive oil
1 chicken breast
3-4 medium-size sweet or mild green peppers
1 medium tomato
1 tsp tomato paste
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tsp each pul biber (red pepper flakes), oregano
salt and black pepper to taste
For the bechamel sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 less than heaped tbsp flour
1+1/2 cup milk
salt to taste
For topping:
about 2/3 cup lightly packed grated kashar or mozzarella cheese
small plum or cherry tomatoes
parsley to garnish
