Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Yogurt Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Tahini paste 3 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
Prepare Chicken Doner Kebab:
-Chicken fillets 1 kg
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick 5-6 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) paste 1 small
-Tomato paste 1 & tbs
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 & tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & tsp
-Thyme 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
-Chicken powder 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 & tbs
Assembling:
-Tortilla
-Iceberg
-French fries
-Pickled jalapenos

Directions:
Prepare Yogurt Sauce:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,tahini paste,lemon juice,salt,garlic powder,fresh parsley & whisk well.
Prepare Chicken Doner Kebab:
-Cut chicken into pieces & set aside.
-In a bowl,add yogurt,onion paste,tomato paste,garlic paste,cumin powder,thyme,salt,red chilli powder,chicken powder,black pepper powder,lemon juice,cooking oil & whisk well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for overnight in refrigerator.
-Insert wooden skewers on potato.
-Thread or skewer marinated chicken pieces on wooden skewers & reserve remaining marinade for later use.
Air Frying:
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 160C for 18-20 minutes,apply remaining marinade & turn side.
-Continue air frying for 10-12 minutes.
-Let it rest for 5 minutes & cut chicken with the help of knife.
Oven Baking:
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 35-40 minutes.
-Check & rotate in between.
Pot Baking:
-Pot bake in preheated pot for 35-40 minutes.
-Check & rotate in between.
Assembling:
-On tortilla,add & spread yogurt sauce,iceberg,cooked chicken,French fries,yogurt sauce,pickled jalapenos & warp it in butter paper.

-Bowl mein dahi,pyaz paste,tomato paste,lehsan paste,zeera powder,thyme,namak,lal mirch powder,chicken powder,kali mirch powder,lemon juice aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker overnight refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Aloo mein wooden skewers ko insert ker lein.
-Marinated chicken pieces ko wooden skewers per laga lein & remaining marinade ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
Air Frying:
-Preheated air fryer mein 160C per 18-20 minutes kliya air fry ker lein,remaining marinade laga lein & side ko turn ker lein.
-10-12 minutes kliya mazeed air frying ker lein.
-5 minutes kliya rest dein aur knife ki madad sa cut ker lein.
Oven Baking:
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 35-40 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Bech mein check & rotate ker lein.
Pot Baking:
-Preheated oven mein 35-40 minutes kliya pot abke ker lein.
-Bech mein check & rotate ker lein.
Assembling:
-Tortilla per yogurt sauce dal ker pheela lein,iceberg,cooked chicken,French fries,yogurt sauce & pickled jalapenos dal dein aur butter paper mein wrap ker lein.
