Turkish Gnocchi with Bulghur Recipe Fellah Balls Vegetarian Kofte

Fellah koftesi is like gnocchi but made with bulgur instead of potatoes. It has the staple ingredients of Turkish cuisine such as tomato paste and yoghurt. We hope you enjoy this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
For the sauce:
1 dessertspoon of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of hot pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of oregano
Half a teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 cup of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses
100ml of water
Some cooking oil
The other ingredients:
1 cup of fine bulghur
50ml of semolina
1 egg
1 dessertspoon of tomato paste
Some salt
3 tablespoons of flour
1 dessertspoon of mint
1 dessertspoon of paprika powder
1 dessertspoon of hot pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of cumin
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of citric acid
A small bowl of yoghurt
1 more crushed clove of garlic
A couple of parsley stems to decorate
1 1/2 cups of hot water
