Ingredients For Turkish Icecream:
1+1/2 liter of whole cow milk or mix of cow and goat
about 100-200ml heavy cream or kaymak
1+1/2 tsp sahlep powder
1 cup sugar
If you cant find sahlep powder, you might try using corn or wheat starch but not sure how the texture would be.
