Turkish Iskender Kebab Recipe

Iskender kebab is a staple dish in Turkish cuisine. Auntie Saniye is sharing the homemade version of this world-famous gem. You'll love it!

INGREDIENTS:
Half a kilogram of thinly sliced lamb meat
Some olive oil
1 cup of tomato sauce OR grated tomatoes
Some salt
For serving it, some yoghurt
Some butter
Roasted green peppers but if you don't have these, 1 green bell pepper
1 tomato
For its sauce, some ketchup
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
Half a teaspoon of oregano
Pita bread
