Prepare Tahini Yogurt Sauce:-In a bowl,add yogurt,cream,tahini paste,garlic paste,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,salt & whisk well.-Add olive oil,whisk well & set aside.-Serve kofta kebab with saffron butter rice,grilled vegetables & tahini yogurt sauce!
