Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 1 medium
-Tamatar (Tomato) 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3-4
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Fresh parsley handful
-Beef qeema (Mince) 400g (with 20% fat)
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Tortilla 8-inch size as required
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
Assembling:
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced
-Tamatar (Tomato) julienne & deseeded
-Dahi (Yogurt) hung & whisked
-Fresh parsley chopped

Directions:
-Chop finely onion,capsicum,tomato (deseed),garlic,green chillies & fresh parsley with the help of knife.
-Add beef mince,mix well & hand chop with the help of large butcher knives.
-Add salt,paprika powder,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,tomato paste,mix & chop well.
-Take small quantity of mixture (60g) & spread evenly on tortilla with the help of hand.
-On griddle,add cooking oil & tortilla (mince side down),press gently & cook on medium flame for 2 -3 minutes,flip & cook other side for 1 minute.
Assembling:
-On a tortilla,add onion,tomato,yogurt,fresh parsley,fold & serve (makes 6).

-Pyaz,shimla mirch,tamatar (deseed),lehsan,hari mirchein aur fresh parsley ko knife ki madad sa finely chop ker lein.
-Beef qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur large butcher knives ki madad sa hand chop ker lein.
-Namak,paprika powder,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder aur tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Mixture ki small quantity lein (60g) aur tortilla per dal ker haath ki madad sa pheela lein.
-Tawa per cooking oil aur tortilla (mince side down) rakh ker gently press karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein phir flip ker ka dosri side ko ek minute kiya paka lein.
Assembling:
-Tortilla per pyaz,tamatar,dahi aur fresh parsley dal ker fold ker lein & serve karein (makes 6).
