In this episode I'd like to show you how to make 'CILBIR'. (Chill-ber)
CILBIR is a Turkish dish of poached eggs, yogurt-garlic and butter sauce mix. This stunning dish is so easy and quick to make! The recipe is for one serving, so I recommend to use a large pan if you cook 4 or more eggs.

When water comes to a boil, reduce the heat to the lowest possible setting.

And simmer for 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in another pot.
