In Turkey, we have many kebab recipes besides sis kebab. Tas Kebab is one of them. It has meat chunks, can be from a lamb of beef and potato cubes. A traditional dish in Turkish restaurants and homes. It is usually served with rice pilav but bulgur pilav also can be used.
