Turkish Tripe Soup Recipe And How To Make Roasted Beef Tripe

Your boiling water will be ready in 1 pot and drop the tripe into the boiling water.

Add 2 onions and some garlic to the pressure cooker
Take the tripe out of the boiling water and add it to the other pot,
The purpose here is to wash the tripe with boiling water, this will prevent the food from smelling bad.

Close the lid of the pressure cooker and set the heat to medium.
After 1.5 hours you can open the pressure cooker
check the cooking rate with a fork, this way it should be soft and crumble
Prepare garlic for roasting beef tripe
Chop the tripe into long thin
add butter to large skillet
add the chopped tripe after the butter is hot

You don't need to fry too much, add salt
If you want spice, add it, if you don't want it, you can use no seasoning at all, according to your preference.
The spices used here are black pepper, cumin, red cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and a little sour sumac.

How can we preserve the tripe,
add the water of the tripe and keep it in the refrigerator, this water will freeze like jelly and the tripe can stay for 1 week without spoiling
As you can see, it freezes like this because it has a high amount of collagen.

It will be enough for soup for 2 people.
Add 1 bowl of water
Add 3 - 4 spoons of yoghurt, it will not be sour yoghurt and if it is solid strained yoghurt, add less amount
Add 1 spoonful of flour

mix and add some water prepare it to a smooth consistency
Add some boiling water and stir. If you don't do this, your soup may turn into cheese.
add the mixture to the boiling water and stir until it boils
Boil for 10 minutes so that there is no raw flour smell because it contains flour.
add salt and add some sugar
The consistency may be this way or a little thicker, it will be a little more watery after adding the tripe.
After boiling at this stage, turn off the fire and serve.
This is how it is served in Turkey, this is the mixture prepared alongside the tripe soup.
