Bring 1½ cups water to a boil in a kettle. 2. Meanwhile, roughly chop 1 inch ginger.3. Take black peppercorns into a mortar and pestle, add cinnamon stick and pound to a coarse powder.4. Add Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder into the boiling water, add coarsely crushed spices and mix well. Add star anise and mix.5. Coarsely pound the ginger into the mortar and pestle and add into the water. Cook till the mixture comes to a boil.6. Switch the heat off, strain the tea into a serving cup, drizzle honey and stir.
