This week Harley gets some help in the kitchen from Michelle Mylett. Come learn how to make a Double Baked Poutine now!Ingredients 4 Large baking potatoesVegetable oil and sea salt for seasoning 1 Bag of shoe string french fries 4 Tbsp of butter Salt and pepper to season2 Cups of cheese curds1 Can of brown gravy Any additional toppings of your choiceTools 2 Oven trays1 Mixing bowl1 Masher1 Small sauce pan1 Chef Knife1 Cutting boardStep 1Cut the top off the potatoes about a 1/4 inch thick then line a tray with tinfoil and cover with vegetable oil and sea salt. Bake potatoes in the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.Step 2Bake french fries in the oven for 10 minutes at 425 degree Fahrenheit.Step 3Remove baked potatoes from the oven and begin to hollow them out like a canoe adding the guts to a bowl. Be sure to leave some potato against the skin.Step 4Season potato guts with butter, salt and pepper then add cheese curds and mix well.
