Ukoy Dulong | Panlasang Pinoy

Ukoy dulong is a type of fish fritter that can be consumed as a snack or as a main dish along with rice. It is best eaten after dipping in spicy vinegar. This is one of my favorite Filipino snacks.

Here are the ingredients for this recipe:

4 oz. dulong silver fish
2 cups mung bean sprouts
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
Batter ingredients
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 egg
1 cup water
