For the Brownie
3 lg eggs
330g caster sugar
165g chocolate
165g unsalted butter
120g plain flour
45g cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder

For the cornflake topping
600g caster sugar
400g double cream
200g butter
250g cornflakes
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp vanilla
