Add little water and make a soft dough.- Make small muthiyas and deep fry them in hot oil.To Make Undhiyu- In a pan heat some oil. Add carom seeds, green chillies and coriander leaves.- Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and mix well.- Add all the chopped vegetables, tuvar dane, surti papadi & val papdi. Mix well.- Add the masala paste, salt and again mix all the ingredients.- Add some water & cover it with a lid. Let the vegetables cook properly.- Then add garam masala, black pepper powder, muthiya and sugar.
