Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients:1/4 cup Oil 1/2 tsp Carom SeedsCoriander2 Raw Bananas2 Brinjals1 cup Purple Yam1 Potato1/4 cup Groundnuts1/2 cup Tuvar1/2 cup Val Papdi1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder1 tsp Red Chilli Powder1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder1/2 tsp Garam Masala1 tbsp JaggerySalt1 cup MuthiyaTo Make Green Masala Paste1 Cup Grated Coconut1/2 cup Coriander1/2 tsp Carom Seeds1/2 inch Ginger10-12 garlic ClovesMethod:Take Oil then add some Carom seeds and Coriander leaves . Let it heat up in the pan.Add 2 diced raw Bananas, 2 Brinjals, 1 cup Purple Yam , 1 Potato, Groundnuts, Tuvar, Val Papdi, Turmeric Powder, Red chilli powder, Black Pepper powder, Garam Masala, some Jaggery and Salt to taste.In a bowl put Grated Coconut, Coriander, Carom Seeds, Ginger and Garlic Cloves. Add this mixture made to the frying pan.Put some Water and then add Muthiya to it.Mix all ingredients together and then put the lid on it for 15-20 Mins.Serve the Undhiyu in a plate garnished with some Coriander Leaves.
