Learn how to make Upma a quick & healthy vegetarian Indian breakfast recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.Ingredients:1 Cup Semolina / Rava2 Cups Water3-4 tbsp Oil1 tsp Cumin Seeds1 tsp Mustard Seeds10-12 Curry Leaves2 Dry Red Chillies2 Green Chillies2 Onions, chopped1/2 Cup Green Peas1/2 Lemon JuiceCoriander LeavesSalt to tasteMethod:- In a flat bottom pan roast the semolina for 10 minutes. Remove it on a plate and let it cool down.- In the meanwhile, boil two cups of water.- In a pan heat some oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, dry red chillies, green chillies, chopped onions, green peas, salt & coriander leaves. Mix everything well.- Add the semolina & lemon juice. Mix well.- Add hot water and mix well.
