Thalipeeth, made of rajgira flour is the perfect food to have on Vrat. Filled up with grated potatoes and crushed peanuts, some lemon juice and green chilli paste, the Upvaas Thalipeeth is a real masaledar treat. Serve it hot with tasty green chutney.

Ingredients:- / सामग्री
1 Cup Rajgira flour
2 Boiled potatoes medium, peeled and mashed
1 Tsp Grated ginger
1 Tsp Green chilli finely chopped
1 Tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
1/2 Cup Roasted peanuts crushed
Sendha Namak (Rock Salt) to taste
Ghee to make the Thalipeeth

Method of preparation
● In a bowl, add everything together and knead in a dough
● On a stick tawa. Add 1 tsp of oil or ghee.
● Take a small quantity of prepared dough, place it on the tawa. Now spread the dough on the tawa using your hands.
● Now switch the heat on, prick holes on the prepared thalipeeth, drizzle some ghee from the side.
● Now cook till golden brown on each side.
● Serve hot with Green Chutney!
